To me, hares are mystical creatures, characters from folk tales who captured my imagination as a child. They are long associated with moon deities and often symbolising rebirth, resurrection and fertility. This digital artwork is a combination of a hand drawn hare and a photo of last year's fully eclipsed moon by my partner Jay, who is a wonderful photographer.
